BSc Hons Sport And Exercise Therapy

I graduated from Leeds Beckett University in 2016. During my time at University I completed a lot of placement hours working across Professional Rugby to the University Injury Clinic, meaning I have a range of experience. 

Since graduating I have worked with Amateur rugby teams providing pitch side cover - this includes, emergency first aid, taping, pre/post match massage as well as diagnosing and rehabilitating injuries. I also recently provided pitch side cover for Yorkshire Carnegie RFC. All of this has given me the experience to now have a job in professional sport as the Academy Sports Therapist for Wakefield Trinity RLFC.

As well as working with sporting people, I do also work with those who have day - to - day niggles. This ranges from those who participate in recreational sport to those who work in desk jobs. 

I am insured by The Society of Sports Therapists so you can rest assured that I am qualified as well as insured. As part of this membership we have to ensure our CPD is up to date, and therefore you know that I am continually doing further research to ensure that my clients are getting the most out of their treatments. 

I shall be looking into other courses in the future to gain further qualifications so watch this space!
